Procrastination is not being lazy
More often than not, it's feeling stressed or even (consciously or subconsciously) afraid of the task that we are putting off.

There can often be shame attached to procrastination behaviour, so I begin by explaining to you what is happening in the brain when we avoid doing the things that we need to do, thus helping you to start with a more compassionate mindset.

Procrastination has consistently been one of my favourite things to work with; firstly because the results that I have seen in my clients have been so inspiring, but also because it is something that tends to spark so much joy in the person who is making the change. It's a wonderful thing to witness!

During our time together, you can think of us as a team; hypnotherapy is not me 'doing something to you'; it is a joint effort where I stand with you and support you as you move towards your goals. I help you to identify what needs to change, and I absolutely celebrate with you as you make progress. It's you and me vs procrastination, and what can I say - I like being on the winning team!
