First things first; I'm an ex-smoker myself. I smoked for years, and, though it seems strange to me now, I truly enjoyed smoking. I understand that pull between rationally knowing that you need to quit, and not feeling able to let go of a habit that's likely been with you for some time. I'll let you in on a secret: you are able to let go, and, in my experience, it won't be nearly as hard as you think.
I'm passionate about helping others to quit smoking and vaping because I know firsthand how much better life is without it. From getting rid of that lingering cough that just won't seem to go away, to being able to enjoy going to the cinema without spending the duration of the film itching to pop outside, stopping smoking is wonderfully freeing.
Depending on your individual needs, smoking/vaping cessation can be achieved in just one two-hour long session. Some prefer to have a couple of general stress-lowering sessions first, but we can discuss the best course of action for you and your success during a complimentary discovery call.
I know making that first step can feel difficult, but I will absolutely commit to doing everything in my power to help you to join the many, many (many!) people who are able to stop smoking each year. Imagine what a breath of fresh air this could be...
